Research on environmentally-friendly dam construction and dam redevelopments
In recent years, the preservation of the environment coupled with restricted finances have necessitated that efforts are made to ensure environmentally-friendly and economically viable reservoir facilities. In response to this, we are currently conducting research and development of dam-raising technologies and the reinforcement of water release systems for existing dams, dam design measures to reduce dam construction costs, and developing technologies that allow effective use of materials from stone quarries. |
