| Our engineering geologists are dispatched to provide technical advices
on geology for roads and rivers under the jurisdiction of the MLIT all
over Japan, for giving lectures at universities and other organizations,
and for participating in overseas projects at the request of the Japan
International Cooperation Agency (JICA). |

| Participation in academic societies is actively conducted by making presentations
of our research results at meetings and publishing papers in journals,
as well as by acting as secretaries and members of various committees. |
