Message; メッセージ:: It is my great honor to become the PhD student in the Disaster Management Program at GRIPS and ICHARM (Japan), supported by the JICA Scholarship.
I am particularly interested in advancing the application of AI and hydrology-hydraulic modeling to enhance adaptive water management, improve disaster preparedness, and support policy-making in developing countries.
Before pursuing my Ph.D., I worked at the Water Resources Institute (Vietnam) and the Mekong River Commission Secretariat (MRCS), contributing to projects on flood forecasting, water resources planning, and transboundary disaster management.
My long-term goal is to contribute to the development of innovative, science-based approaches for sustainable water governance and disaster risk reduction in Vietnam.
