Message; メッセージ:
I joined ICHARM in September 2020. I wish I could have the chance to explore many different rivers around the world in ICHARM. Besides investigating the physical phenomenon of the river morphodynamics, I also would like to help people manage and conserve their rivers based on a well-understanding of the natural and social environment across the river basin.

Main Research Topic(s); 主な研究内容:
- The fundamental research to improve the theory about the effect of the behavior of flow and sediment transportation on the river morphodynamics.
- The applied research to illustrate the regional characteristics of the water-related hazard decided by the river morphodynamics forctor.
- 流れと土砂の移動による河川/流域地形特性の形成機構およびそれに規定される水災害の地域特性の解明
