I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to the ICHARM for awarding me the opportunity to study Ph.D. at GRIPS and carry out research with the international dedicated research team. I hope to use this great opportunity to deepen and broaden my understanding and contribute further to the reduction of disasters in developing countries.
