This is a vibrator used for underground structural exploration. This vibrator is one of the lagest S-WaveVibrator in Japan (Length:9.9m, Weight:26.7ton, HP:345kN Sweep frequency 5-100Hz).

Rock powder is irradiated by X-rays to obtain diffraction data, based on which the mineral composition and content are automatically searched and identified by referring to more than 100,000 mineral databases.

Electron beams are radiated to specimens of rocks and minerals, and image observation and chemical analysis are conducted based on the secondary electrons and characteristic X-rays generated on the surface of the specimens.

It is a Direct shear Apparatus in order to measure shear strength of rock or mortar. The apparatus have Loading Activities (Vertical Load max 200kN, Shear Load max 2000kN). And if Vertical Load part is removed, it apparatus can be used as a Uniaxial Compression Apparatus.
