21th US - Japan Bridge Engineering Workshop

The workshop was held at the NILIM, Tsukuba. The three day workshop focused on: 1) advanced seismic engineering, 2) foundation engineering, and 3) bridge management system. Twenty participants from the US and seventy participants from Japan attended the workshop.
