Research on soundness evaluation and maintenance and restoration technologies for infrastructure
In the 21st century, the maintenance and management of vast amounts of infrastructure is becoming a major social issue. As a result, it is essential that we create a maintenance system that gives full consideration to life cycle costs. Given this situation, we are researching technologies for accurate soundness evaluations of structural materials, along with restoration and reinforcement technologies that comply with soundness regulations. In addition, given our limited budget, we are researching the creation of maintenance and management systems for the effective restoration and reinforcement of existing structural materials. |
