ICHARM offers a master’s degree program, “Water-related Disaster Management Course of Disaster Management Policy Program (JICA Training Program: Flood Disaster Risk Reduction),” and a doctoral degree program, “Disaster Management Program,” in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS).

This October, thirteen new students started the 15th-year master’s program (1 year), and three new students started the 12th-year doctoral program (3 years). An open ceremony was held online for each program at the ICHARM Auditorium on October 1 and 4.

Taking extra precautions against COVID-19, we continue to conduct our educational programs.
