研究成果の概要：
道路橋鋼部材の防食性能の維持あるいは改善のため、塗装の塗り替えが必要な場合が増えている。 新しく塗装する前に、劣化した旧塗膜や錆を適切に除去するための素地調整が行われる。塗り替えた新塗膜の付着性と耐久性に寄与する重要な工程であることから、 各種素地調整法を評価するための研究を進めている。本報告では錆鋼板に対して3種類の素地調整法を実施し、錆の残存度、残存塩分、表面粗さの評価方法について検討した。
