Zhejiang delegation administrating flood control and water utilization visited PWRI
A party of 23 researchers from Zhejian Province of China visited PWRI on February 13, 2017. The visit was led by Mr. Peng Hong, researcher of the China Zhejian Dam Center, to study river improvement and river water use in Japan.
After a courtesy call on PWRI Vise President Koichi Noguchi, the Chinese researchers had a meeting with the Japanese counterparts of the Hydraulic Engineering Research Group of PWRI, mainly discussing issues on the design, operation and management of dams. They also took a short institutional tour to the hydraulics laboratories.
